About this position

Engineer แผนก Production (Injection ชิ้นส่วนพลาสติกอิเล็กทรอนิกส์,ยานยนต์) position requires overseeing and managing the production department to achieve goals, as well as controlling and supervising the injection molding process of plastic components for automotive and electronic parts.

Responsibilities

• ควบคุมดูแลและบริหารงานของแผนก Production ให้ได้ตามเป้าหมาย
• ควบคุมดูแลงานฉีดขึ้นรูปชิ้นส่วนพลาสติกที่เป็นส่วนประกอบของชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ และ ชิ้นส่วนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์
• วิเคราะห์ปัญหาพร้อมทั้งหาแนวทางแก้ปัญหา ของงานฉีดขึ้นรูปชิ้นส่วนพลาสติกและเครื่องฉีดพลาสติกได้เป็นอย่างดี

Requirements

• วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ทุกสาขา หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์มากกว่า 7 ปี ในการทำงานด้านกระบวนการฉีดทั่วไป ในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม สายการผลิต Production Injection ( การฉีดขึ้นรูปพลาติก )เป็นหลัก ในประเภทอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ / อุตสากรรมรถยนต์ หรือ อุตสาหกรรมอื่นๆ ในสายงานโรงงานทุกประเภท
• ความรู้ทั่วไปเกี่ยวกับแม่พิมพ์ฉีด วัสดุฉีด และอุปกรณ์เครื่องฉีด (Robot , Material dryer, Mold temperature, crusher, )
• สามารถอ่านและทำความเข้าใจแบบชิ้นงานได้อย่างถูกต้อง
• สามารถใช้เครื่องมือวัดได้อย่างถูกต้อง
• มีความรู้ทางด้าน Equipment ,materials ,molds และอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้องใน molding process
• มีทักษะในการรายงานและการนำเสนอที่ถูกต้องและสามารถแสดงความคิดเห็นอย่างมีเหตุมีผล
• สามารถปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงานในการผลิตอย่างเคร่งครัดและให้คำแนะนำแก่ผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา
• มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์ปัญหาของ production line และ สามารถวัดค่าได้
• สามารถพูด อ่าน เขียนภาษาอังกฤษได้เป็นอย่างดี หรือ ภาษาญี่ปุ่นได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีความรู้ทางด้านการปรับปรุง Kaizen และ เทคโนโลยีแบบสมัยใหม่
• มีความรู้ในด้านระบบมาตรฐานคุณภาพ ISO 9001 ,มาตรฐานคุณภาพชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ IATF16949 , ด้านระบบมาตรฐานคุณภาพสิ่งแวดล้อม ISO 14001 หรือมาตรฐานคุณภาพอื่นๆ
• มีทักษะในการใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์ Microsoft office
• มีความรู้ประสบการณ์ ทางด้านการควบคุมคุณภาพ( Quality Control),QC 7 tools ,New 7 tools , PDCA , Stock management , 5 S , 4 M control
