About this position

The Sales Administrator is responsible for maintaining customer relationships, entering sales orders, monitoring delivery orders, managing distributors, and coordinating with various departments and external parties.

Responsibilities

•Maintain good relationship with customers
•Entry necessary information of Sales order in to Sales system
•Monitor and prepare report on the delivery order
•Key daily orders and cooperate with salesman and customers
•Manage & analyze the distributors
•Record and delivery goods on time by contact with transportation company
•To proceed the customer request when the goods had problem
•Make customer detail report, monthly sales report
•Coordinate and facilitate with all departments and outside persons

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related fields
•1 – 3 year of working experience as Sales support function or similar responsibilities
•Computer literacy in MS Office
•Able to driving and hold a driving license
