About this position

The Quality Control Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality of products according to company and customer standards, as well as overseeing operations to meet Quality system requirements. They will also be involved in continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Control the quality of products according to company target and customer required.
• Control and oversee the operations of the employees to conform standard of Quality system of IATF 16949 and ISO14001.
• Prepare the action plan for continuous improvement of quality of Products.
• Take the principles of statistical analyzes to determine the root cause and improve the quality of the product.
• Prepare the report to summarize the results from quality checked.
• Participate APQP team and core tool review.
• Analysis to develop methods to reduce the risks and reduce the cost of the organization.
• Monitor & follow up problem improvement in the factory.
• Participate with Purchasing Department to develop or audit supplier periodically which related to the customer requirement.
• Follow up take corrective and improvement while problem occurred and control 4M change as requirement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or any related filed.
• At least 2 years of working experience in QC from Automotive Industry.
• Knowledge of IATF16949 and ISO14001.
• Communicable in English and computer literacy.
• Good communications and presentation skills.
