The Production Chief/Supervisor is responsible for overseeing manpower, equipment, raw materials, and production methods to achieve maximum production results safely. They analyze the root causes of production process problems to prevent unwanted events and ensure efficient production processes. Additionally, they are in charge of inspecting machinery and equipment regularly, summarizing key production data for management, providing training and knowledge to subordinates, and managing a team of more than 50 people.
Responsibilities
• Oversee manpower, equipment, raw materials, and production methods to achieve maximum production results safely.
• Analyze the root causes of production process problems to prevent unwanted events and ensure efficient production processes.
• Inspect machinery and equipment regularly to ensure efficient production capacity.
• Summarize key production data for management.
• Provide training and knowledge to subordinates to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
• Male, aged 30-37 years old.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
• At least 5 years of work experience in automotive parts manufacturing companies, with over 3 years of experience as a Supervisor.
• Experience in managing a team of more than 50 people.
• Proficient in English communication and MS Office.
• Familiar with SSQ5K activities (Safety / Save energy / QCC / 5S / KAIZEN).
• Knowledge of IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO 45001 systems.
• Able to work night shifts, overtime, or on holidays.
