About this position

The IT Specialist (Leader) will oversee system implementation projects in Thailand and the ASEAN region, ensuring effective collaboration and development of cloud-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead system implementation projects across Thailand and ASEAN regions
• Gather requirements through collaboration with factory personnel and overseas stakeholders
• Develop and maintain cloud-based applications and systems
• Conduct training sessions for maintenance and support teams on issue handling procedures
• Manage the full lifecycle of software package projects, from design to implementation
• Develop solutions using Google Apps Script, VBA, Shell Script, or other scripting languages while maintaining interfaces with legacy systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
• Minimum 4 years of system implementation experience
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) implementation (preferred)
• Experience with Low-Code development platforms (preferred)
• Knowledge of document approval software and business process management (BPM) systems
• Understanding of Japanese corporate culture preferred
• Strong English communication skills with ability to work with diverse accents
