Senior Legal Advisor
About this position
Responsibilities
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, notices and legal documents in Thai and English and provide recommendation to related business units to protect the benefit of the business
• Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders to support the company business
• Handle all corporate matters, including corporate registration and liaise with relevant government authorities
• Cooperate with government officer, external lawyer, and other third parties on all legal matters as assigned
• Arrange board of directors meeting and shareholders meeting as required by law and company’s requirement
• Monitor relevant new and change of laws and regulations
• Liaise with relevant departments to manage legal risks and provide appropriate actions
• Conduct legal research and analysis on issues related to the business
• Renew and apply for business licenses and certificate of the company which required by the laws such as foreign business license and insurance broker license
• Provide training to internal stakeholders on legal matters as assigned
• Manage and keep record of contracts and legal documents
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or master degree in law with minimum experiences 5 years in corporate/commercial legal
• Having lawyer license
• Having experience in hire purchase, banking or finance business, personal data protection law, insurance law or foreign business act would be advantage
• Experiences and capable of drafting and reviewing legal documents in English and Thai
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to plan, organize and prioritize task and projects
• Strong business acumen, mature, detail-oriented, proactive, service-minded, open-minded and eager to learn
• Good command of English and computer literacy
