About this position

New suppliers sourcing, cost reduction activity, tier 1 localization, coordinate with supplier regarding purchasing agreement and material cost control also.

Responsibilities

• New Supplier sourcing
• Prepare data such as project schedule, tech file, Quality file, Logistics file and candidate suppliers
• Analyze cost and compare budget.
• Cost reduction
• Set target and action for cost reduction according annual plan
• Request supplier create idea for commercial, spec change, material challenge, process improvement and etc.
• Follow up supplier for cost reduction activities
• Tier 1 Localization
• Study & generate information to tier 1 localization
• Propose management to approved localization sourcing list
• Material cost control
• Request suppliers submit material price to make proposal for committee validation

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering as advantage.
• 1-3 years experience of purchasing, process engineer in automotive industry is preferable
• Basic knowledge of Part Engineering and Cost Breakdown analysis
• Good team player with interpersonal skills
• Good command in writing and speaking English. TOEIC 550 is preferable
• Computer literacy especially in MS.Excel.
