About this position

The Legal Advisor - Litigation at Nissan Motor (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is responsible for managing all legal-related work in relation to the company’s business under supervisor’s directions.

Responsibilities

• Report and comment on litigations related matters as well as consumer complaints, customer service matter or supplier claim.
• Provide legal advice to and cooperate with other departments and all group companies including other affiliates worldwide to complete the task.
• Conduct research on legal issues and provide knowledge and awareness to management, colleagues and related suppliers or service providers.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements as well as provide related legal advice to colleagues and management.
• Update and inform other departments of related new laws or regulations.
• Translate legal documents.
• Update and interpret laws, legal documents and agreements.
• Review and audit legal compliance process of all functions of the company.
• Support and undertake all assignments as shall be assigned by superior.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree of law.
• Lawyer's License is required.
• Good command of English both written and spoken.
• Experience in litigation, corporate and commercial laws.
• Experience in business or education in commercial area is preferable.
• Able to work at Nissan Bangna-Trad KM.22 in occasionally and able to drive.

• Basic industrial and environmental laws.
• Property laws.
• Data Privacy Law.
• Basic Trade Competition laws (will be preferable).
