About this position
The Trade Marketing Executive - Traditional Trade is responsible for developing and implementing trade marketing strategies and plans to drive sales growth, while building strong relationships with key trade partners and collaborating with the sales team.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement trade marketing strategies & plans.
• Create and implement trade marketing promotions, and campaigns to drive sales growth.
• Analyze sell-in/ sell-out data to measure the effectiveness of in-store activities.
• Build strong relationships with key trade partners to maximize business impact outcomes.
• Collaborate with sales team to understand channel partner needs, execute activities to achieve their sales and budget objectives.
• Manage trade marketing budgets and track the ROI.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or related.
• At least experience 2 years in trade marketing, sales or merchandiser.
• Able to use Excel Program in Advance Level (Pivot and other function).
• Willing to work in an agile environment and able to drive performance under pressure.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strategic, analytical, creative, and pragmatic in planning and execution.
• Good command of writing and speaking English.
