About this position

The Supervisor / Section Manager (R&D Technical) is responsible for overseeing material analysis, formulation design, and problem-solving in product development.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
• Material analysis and design for product development.
• Formulation design for new product development.
• Problem analysis and solving.
• Design of Experiment (DOE) & Planer.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineer, Chemist, Chemical Engineer or related field.
• At least 5 year's experience in laboratory management, preferable in chemical and paint business in advantage.
• Good Analytical and problem solving skill.
• Presentable with ability to lead, inspire and motivate.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good in English Communication both of writing and speaking.
• Good computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
