Marketing Communication - Product Campaign
About this position
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute end-to-end product marketing communication campaigns, aligning with business objectives and brand identity.
• Conduct market research to understand consumer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product Team) to ensure campaign alignment with product features and customer benefits.
• Craft compelling messaging and narratives to communicate product value propositions effectively.
• Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, digital ads, videos, and social media content.
• Ensure all communication materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across platforms.
• Work with media teams to design media plans across digital, print, and broadcast channels.
• Monitor media performance to maximize ROI and campaign reach.
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for campaign execution.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive collaboration and buy-in for campaigns.
• Set KPIs for campaigns and monitor their performance through analytics tools.
• Generate insights from campaign data to inform future strategies.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for key stakeholders.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications, Marketing, Communication Art, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing communication, product marketing.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, and media planning.
• Good at project management and organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from campaign data.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
• Experience in FMCG, construction material, agency is a plus.
• Familiarity with marketing tools like Google Analytics, social media management tools.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
