About this position

The Deputy Production Manager will support the Production Manager in managing and controlling the solvent paint production process, ensuring continuity while meeting delivery times, quality, and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support Production Manager to manage & control the solvent paint production process to ensure the continuity of the process while meeting delivery times, quality, and safety requirements.
• Ensure to plan the production of goods to meet the needs of customers and deliver on time as customer required.
• Improve productivity and efficiency of the process.
• Strong knowledge in Solvent Paint/Coating manufacturing process would be a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering, Polymer, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years experience in Coating Industry, Chemical Industry, or related field.
• At least 3-4 years in Production Management Level.
• Strong knowledge in process manufacturing.
• Enthusiastic, Initiative, and be able to work under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written English proficiency.
• Good knowledge of computer software e.g. MS Office, SAP, etc.
