About this position

ตำแหน่งนี้ต้องการผู้ที่มีความสามารถในการให้บริการทางเทคนิคและการขาย โดยจะต้องทำงานร่วมกับลูกค้าเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาและให้คำแนะนำที่เหมาะสม.

Responsibilities

• Key account to set plan visit by daily or weekly to customer for check defect and take recommend to customer.
• In charge trouble solving in customer line and take information to internal for simulation the problem finding the way to corrective trouble.
• Communicate with Sales, Technical and Operation team to update information from customer that impact with company.
• Daily report line situation to monitoring and prevent any impact to customer and company.
• Enable to service in overtime and shift in case of customer change situation and requirement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry. Polymer or related field.
• At least 1-3 years experience in Chemical or Automotive industry would be an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Computer literacy especially in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
• Not Visual impairment.
• High responsibility.
• Having own car with driving license.
