About this position

The Assistant Production Manager is responsible for managing and controlling the Solvent Paint production process to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage & Control the Solvent Paint production process to ensure the continuity of the process while meeting delivery times, quality, and safety requirements.
• Ensure to plan the production of goods to meet the needs of customers and deliver on time as customer required.
• Improve productivity and efficiency of the process.
• Strong knowledge in Solvent Paint/Coating manufacturing process would be a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering, Polymer, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years experience in Coating Industry, Chemical Industry, or related field.
• At least 5 years in Production Management Level.
• Strong knowledge in process manufacturing.
• Enthusiastic, Initiative, and be able to work under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written English proficiency.
• Good knowledge of computer software e.g. MS Office, SAP, etc.
