About this position

Ninja Van is a tech-enabled logistics company on a mission to provide hassle-free delivery services for businesses of all sizes across Southeast Asia. We are looking for an Operations Solutions Design Manager to help us improve our operations flow and optimize solutions for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and provide operations flow through data analysis, routing and simulation
• Design and evaluate multiple operations flow solutions, specific to customer requirements
• Setup for operations network analysis and solutions optimization
• Manage the day-to-day execution of onboarding plans
• Track onboarding progress and report on results

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field such as business administration, management, or marketing
• Have 3-4 years working experience in Shipper Onboarding, Business Solutions or Operations / Transport Solution Design
• Multi-faceted knowledge in Operations, Commercial and Product
• Have experience to manage multiple project from scratch, especially in operations flow process
• Excellence in stakeholders management and communications skills
• Strong in data analysis, analytical thinking, and details oriented person
