Admin Vehicle Management
About this position
Responsibilities
Daily administrative tasks on all vehicle related orders, purchase, and invoice reconciliation to be accurate, well documented, and easily auditable such as :
• Ensure that the invoice is in accordance with the vehicle used
• Responsible for recapitulating all invoices that come in every month
• Provide estimated monthly expenses for vehicle rental
• Coordinate with the Finance team regarding estimated invoice payments that have been submitted in accordance with TOP
• Ensure that the user's vehicle needs can be met in accordance with the specified SLA
• Responsible for recapitulating all communications relating to meeting the needs of the unit
• Ensure that the vehicle requested by the user is in accordance with the specifications and is well received by the user
• Ensure the vehicle rental period can be controlled and fulfilled in accordance with user confirmation
• Coordinate with the internal team regarding the addition and confinement of vehicles
Requirements
• Min. D3 from any major,
• Min. 1 year experience in administration, preferably experienced in admin logistics/expedition,
• Familiar with making invoices,
• Mastering Ms. Excel well (intermediate),
• Detail oriented,
• Having good integrity at work,
• Having good communication skills (oral & written),
• Willing to travel around in the city of Jakarta.
