Production Team Leader (Inspection)
About this position
The Production Team Leader (Inspection) is responsible for overseeing production operations, ensuring quality and efficiency, and training new employees.
Responsibilities
• Receive daily production plan for distribute to production operators.
• Check the readiness of 4M before, during, and after production.
• Monitor production quantity and quality to achieve daily targets.
• Control and confirm subordinates’s work to be in accordance with standards or work procedures.
• Check and control facilities and solve when machine problems occur.
• Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures.
• Apply new knowledge and coaching to develop employees for more job efficiency.
• Report Daily and Weekly Machine Results to Superior.
• Report Employee’s operation and work time to superior.
• Able to calibrate and adjust the parameters of the machine in the production process.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering field (ME,IE,EE or related)
• 4 years’ experience in Factory Shift Working
• Good communicate in English (Speaking, Writing, Listening)
• Good computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
