About this position

The Production Control Engineer (Cost Analysis) is responsible for summarizing factory cost data, analyzing budget discrepancies, improving cost control methods, overseeing new part installations, and promoting digital transformation activities to enhance data control.

Responsibilities

• Summary monthly factory cost data on each section.
• Analyze the difference between actual and budget data.
• Improve control method of factor cost data.
• Control progress about installation of new part.
• Promote DX activity to improve control data by using internal software.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering; major in Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, or Chemical Engineer, with experiences in production control in manufacturing industries not less than 2 years.
• Able to read and write in English. Communication level is acceptable.
• Well understand about manufacturing of ceramics (e.g. process, facility, and material).
• Logical thinking, reporting, meeting management and due date keeping.
• Experience in using Microsoft Office; Words, Excel, and Power point.
• Able to work at the production site.
• Strong physical and mental health for time management and goal achievement.
