About this position

As a Maintenance Engineer at NGK CERAMICS (THAILAND) CO., LTD., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing facilities. In this full-time position based in Bang Bo Samut Prakan, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our equipment, ensuring maximum uptime and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and preventive maintenance on production equipment and machinery
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with equipment, and carry out necessary repairs
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and address any bottlenecks or inefficiencies
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
• Provide training and support to production staff on the proper operation and care of equipment
• Stay up-to-date with the latest maintenance techniques and technologies, and implement improvements where appropriate

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Engineer or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry
• Proven track record of successfully maintaining and repairing a wide range of industrial equipment and machinery
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in the use of maintenance management software and tools
• Familiarity with relevant safety protocols and regulations
