About this position

NGK CERAMICS (THAILAND) CO., LTD. is seeking a talented Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bang Bo Samut Prakan. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our state-of-the-art production facilities. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company.

Responsibilities

• Performing scheduled and preventive maintenance on a wide range of production equipment and machinery
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to minimise downtime and maximise productivity
• Analysing equipment performance data and implementing proactive maintenance strategies
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Maintaining detailed records of all maintenance activities and generating reports as required
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards
• Providing training and guidance to maintenance technicians and operators

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Engineer or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with computerised maintenance management systems (CMMS) and data analysis tools
• A commitment to safety and a proactive approach to continuous improvement
