Our management team are young and talented professionals, with the average age in their 30s, of which have an Ivy League or Master degree from abroad with extensive background in finance, including investment banking, and other related fields. Our primary area of focus is the unbanked sector in Thailand. Those in the unbanked sector usually face difficulties in obtaining credit to finance their shops, their farms, or to meet short term liquidity needs. We aim to provide them credit and other financial products at a very reasonable rate and very generous payment terms. For those willing but unable to pay our debt, we will offer help within reasonable business boundaries for them to amend or defer our payments. We also give them financial advice for them to make it through. While popular among other lenders, liquidations will only be our last resort. We operate our business with great pride to provide financial assistance to those in need, enabling them to have better lives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and managers of other departments to resolve problems
• Execution of change and enhancement strategy from Infrastructure & Service Operation Management
• Create and maintain information repository including user guides, FAQ’s, training materials and knowledgebase articles
• procedures (SOPs) and in conformance with established company service level agreements (SLAs)
• Building partnerships and liaising with team leaders to determine the company's services, delivery criteria, and solutions for issues that may arise.
• Perform root cause analysis of infrastructure problems and develop resolution plans. Work with the team to develop problem management and service improvement plans
• Take ownership of major incidents to ensuring coordination of resolving parties, effective communication to stakeholders and post incident review
• Offers innovative solutions that meet organization’s needs while remaining cost effective
• Owner of incident, support and escalation processes, ensuring high levels of performance in these processes, accurate reporting and establishing service improvement activities when required.
• Work Closely with security operations to maintain proper security posture
• Manage the day-to-day operations by monitoring system performance, configuration, maintenance and repair period.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Basic knowledge on Microsoft Active Directory administration.
• Basic knowledge on LAN networking, VPN and TCP/IP.
• Knowledge of Microservice Architecture, API
• Experienced or Basic knowledge of Software Development Life cycle
• Able to Interpret/Read programming code and explain what it's doing
• Strong sense of troubleshooting, Finding root cause of problems
• Knowledge on Web Application, Database and Internet concepts and techniques.
• Have Linux System Administrator Experiences is preferred.
