Our primary area of focus is the unbanked sector in Thailand. Those in the unbanked sector usually face difficulties in obtaining credit to finance their shops, their farms, or to meet short term liquidity needs. We aim to provide them credit and other financial products at a very reasonable rate and very generous payment terms. For those willing but unable to pay our debt, we will offer help within reasonable business boundaries for them to amend or defer our payments. We also give them financial advice for them to make it through. While popular among other lenders, liquidations will only be our last resort. We operate our business with great pride to provide financial assistance to those in need, enabling them to have better lives.

About this position

Ngernturbo Public Limited Company is a leading financial service provider in Thailand, focusing on empowering the unbanked sector. The Operation Improvement Specialist will play a key role in enhancing operational efficiency and supporting management-level decisions through research and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Research & Analysis: Conduct research on company-related topics, competitors, and understand the company's products, including car title loans, insurance (both life and non-life), and more.
• Process Supervision: Oversee and design team workflows to ensure seamless and trackable operations.
• Operational Efficiency: Improve the company’s operations to enhance efficiency and speed while maintaining compliance with company policies.
• Data Management: Track, measure, analyze, and visualize data to support management-level decisions.
• Project Initiation: Initiate new company projects and collaborate with stakeholders across different departments.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years of work experience in a relevant field is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome!
• Skills: Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel is essential.
• Abilities: Strong logical thinking, data storytelling, and planning abilities.
• Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Attitude: Proactive, eager to learn new things, self-starter with can-do attitude.
• Bonus Skills: Experience with SQL, Business Intelligence Tools, JavaScript, Python, or Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
