Head of Marketing
About this position
In this role, you will responsible for managing all aspects of marketing activities both offline and online channel. You will be in charge of utilizing several types media from a very traditional printing media to an advanced digital marketing analytical platform to generate lead, bring customers into our branch, experience our services and increase customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door.
• Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
• Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event.
• Management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis.
• Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups.
• Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications and other relevant Fields.
• Minimum 8 year experiences in Marketing and Digital Marketing area. (background in financial service industry is a plus)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in leading and managing team.
• Advanced proficiency in planning, using and optimizing Google Ads, Social Media and other online marketing channels.
• Have an in-depth knowledge of brand development, multichannel and marketing models.
• Responsible, self-motivated, flexible, able to coordinate with marketing activities, work fast with high quality.
• Strong entrepreneurial, analytical, strategic thinking & planning, presenting, interpersonal, time-management, and creativity skills.
• High level of CAN DO attitude and hunger for success.
