Branch Expansion Planner (New graduate are welcome)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Planning for any category of the company's branch expansion.
• Monitoring project progression and getting in charge immediately when there is a chance of getting behind schedule.
• Coordinating with external contractors and internal departments to keep all projects on schedule.
• Calculate and control the cost to be reasonable and align with the given budget while reconciling every financial-related stuff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• New graduates are welcome.
• Enthusiastic and detailed skills are needed.
• Good time management and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication/cooperation skills.
• Team working and proactive.

For those willing but unable to pay our debt, we will offer help within reasonable business boundaries for them to amend or defer our payments. We also give them financial advice for them to make it through. While popular among other lenders, liquidations will only be our last resort. We operate our business with great pride to provide financial assistance to those in need, enabling them to have better lives.
