The Senior Financial Planning & Analysis position involves identifying variances in financial performance, developing relationships with business partners, and providing insights into market movements.
Responsibilities
• Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and historical performance, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement
• Work on financial planning and analysis from high-level to product and channel level
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization
• Proactively monitor and understand movements, in both direct and adjacent markets, to provide supporting information in a timely manner
• Serve as a liaison for investor relations, managing the guidance scenario modelling, including presentation, Q&A support, and ad-hoc analysis
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Math, Actuarial or any related field
• At least 5 years of experience in financial services industry and/or direct experience in FP&A role and responsibilities
• General knowledge of accounting/financial/operational principles
• Experience developing financial reports, metrics, and models
• Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
• CFA level I+ and/or CPA are preferred but not required
