About this position

The position involves managing relationships with insurance companies, developing motor insurance products, and analyzing product performance while collaborating with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• To maintain and manage strong relationships with existing insurance companies for partner perspective.
• Manage and Develop Motor insurance products to support all channel.
• To analyze the motor insurance product in each portfolio/campaign.
• Collaborates with internal departments to ensure the product updates on the shelf and the selling point of each partner's product.
• Good presentation skills and ability to contribute to the development of any assigned projects or initiatives.
• Having strong knowledge of motor underwriting, and actuary experience will be an advantage.
• To manage the team for importing motor insurance products in the core system.
• To update the underwriting guidelines to all related functions.
• To analyze the factor that impacts the motor insurance premium/product package to develop the white-label product.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Applied statistics, Business Management & Administration, Insurance, or related fields.
• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in the insurance business with a relevant role i.e, underwriting, actuary or portfolio analysis, product development (motor insurance product).
• Excellent Knowledge of the insurance business especially Motor insurance products.
• Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills and confident to work independently and take responsibility.
• Positive attitude with eager to learn new things / Proactive and can work under pressure.
• Actuary, underwriting experience is preferable.
• Pleasant personality, strong decision-making, good human relations, a team player, creative mindset and interpersonal Skills.
• A strong sense of accountability, willingness to take ownership and drive resolution of issues.
• Good command of English both speaking and writing.
• Data analytical skills.
• Good presentation skills.
