MIS & Data Engineering (Insurance Broker)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Create and develop any daily/weekly/monthly sales performance reports and sales motivation reports for management and sales team
• Collect, clean and validate data from multiple data sources and work with the MIS team to create automated wing-to-wing sales activity reports and dashboard for sale performance tracking and monitoring including basic sale KPIs analysis for sales performance improvement
• Consolidate business requirements and perform UAT for any telesales system enhancement and/or new telesales/telephony system implementation.
• Create, modify and monitor sale scorecard for sales KPIs measurement in terms of sales efficiency, sales performance, sales behavior and sales quality.
• Provide basic sales KPIs reports to the trainers and sales teams.
Requirements
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Statistics, IT, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in MIS, data engineering, data analytics, or a related role.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in telesales processes, telesales systems, and insurance background.
• Expert IT technical skills in terms of data engineering and/or back-end development, such as SQL database management, Excel, PowerPoint, data visualization, etc.
• Experience using data analytics tools, such as SQL/Vertica, Python, Tableau Creator, Tableau Prep, Tableau Server/Power BI, SAS/SAS Viya, Microsoft Power Automate, Power Query, etc.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
