About this position
Responsibilities
• Content Strategy & Creation: Develop, create content calendar and execute content aligned with the brand identity, including creating real-time content, social media posts, videos, and campaigns. This includes producing and editing short videos and visual assets tailored to specific audiences.
• Marketing Communication: Craft and deliver compelling messages across various platforms, ensuring consistency in tone, branding, and objectives.
• Influencer Partnerships: Manage collaborations with influencers to amplify campaigns and build brand trust.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and evaluate marketing communication campaign effectiveness using analytics tools, providing actionable insights to optimize communication strategies.
• Trend and Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activities to keep communication strategies relevant and innovative.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align content and messaging with overall marketing and business goals.
• Brand Campaign Management: Support brand and marketing communications align with brand strategy for both brand campaigns and business-as-usual (BAU) campaigns to drive customer awareness, engagement and achieve company objectives.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing communication, with expertise in the insurance industry preferred.
• Proven success in developing and implementing content strategies and managing content calendars.
• Hands-on experience in creating content for Facebook, Reels, and TikTok.
• Proficiency with content editing software for post-production of images and videos.
• Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
