About this position

The Business Development Strategist is responsible for analyzing sales data, developing sales and marketing strategies, providing sales support, managing partner relationships, and ensuring the quality of credit. The role involves tracking sales performance, developing new sales channels, and facilitating personnel development.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Sales Data and Targets:
• Receive and analyze sales targets from headquarters and relevant departments to appropriately distribute the targets to regions/areas.
• Prepare reports and summaries of sales data to support management in decision-making.

• Develop Sales and Marketing Strategies:
• Define regional sales plans and marketing strategies to support the achievement of assigned goals.
• Coordinate with marketing teams and other relevant departments to ensure operations align with the planned strategies.

• Sales Support and Guidance:
• Provide guidance to regional/area managers in sales planning, and review and adjust sales plans to suit the situation and area.
• Drive product sales, including loans and insurance products, in alignment with the company's guidelines and customer needs.

• Manage Partner Relationships:
• Build and maintain relationships with key partners, and monitor sales performance with these partners to meet the set sales goals.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support sales activities.

• Develop and Open New Sales Channels:
• Drive the opening of new sales channels in line with the company's directions.
• Coordinate and monitor the progress of new sales channels to ensure they meet the targets.

• Track and Analyze Sales Performance:
• Monitor sales performance against the plan and analyze ways to improve and drive sales to meet the set targets.
• Prepare reports with analysis and propose strategies for improving sales performance.

• Credit Quality Control:
• Inspect and control the quality of credit in each region to ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
• Analyze risk factors and provide recommendations to reduce risks associated with credit approvals.

• Meetings and Communication:
• Organize regular meetings with regional managers at least once a month to communicate and track performance.
• Receive and communicate updates from regional managers to headquarters, ensuring that regional/area managers' work aligns with goals.

• Personnel Development:
• Plan and implement personnel development to enhance the capabilities of branch teams.
• Provide mentorship and support the growth of area and branch managers to ensure continuous professional development.

• Area and Branch Visits:
• Visit areas and branches to assess situations and track the progress of sales activities.

Requirements

• Experience in Partner Management or Project Management.
• Strong analytical and business planning skills with excellent presentation abilities.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Knowledge of marketing planning to support projects.
• Good interpersonal skills, responsibility, and negotiation confidence.
