The Business Analyst will support the management of UAT collection systems and tools, develop and enhance systems to meet changing business requirements, and collaborate with various parties to achieve mutual outcomes.
Responsibilities
• Support to effectively manage UAT collection systems and tools
• Support to Initiate, develop and enhance the systems and tools to handle the changing business requirements
• Collaborate with each related parties throughout the company and outside the company to make the mutual outcomes
• Solve problems within scope of responsibility
• Nurture and encourage each related teams to bring needs, requirements, pain-points that can turn into solid initiatives
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years' experience in banking and finance industry or business technology and platform
• Knowledge of collection fields, tools and technology is preferred
• Advanced computer literacy especially in Excel/Access at minimal and presentation
• Fair verbal and written communication skills in English
• Analytical skill, Negotiation skills and strong interpersonal skills
