Marketing Administrator

We're looking for a proactive and organized Marketing Administrator (Admin) to provide essential support to our marketing and sales B2C teams. If you're detail-oriented, love working behind the scenes, and enjoy helping teams stay on track, this role is for you!
Responsibilities
• Administrative Support: Assist in creating marketing materials, presentations, and reports to keep our marketing projects moving.
• Data Management: Maintain and update our community customer databases to ensure smooth communication and accurate records.
• Scheduling & Coordination: Manage team schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle travel arrangements.
• Communication Hub: Act as a point of contact between marketing/sales teams and other departments, particularly Finance.
• Internal Communications: Prepare and distribute newsletters and internal updates to keep everyone informed.
Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in an administrative or support role, ideally within marketing or sales
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Clear communication abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
