GM Network & Service Operation
About this position
PT Netciti Persada is seeking an experienced GM Network & Service Operation to ensure high quality service delivery to customers. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical knowledge in networking and cyber security, as well as experience in IT Service Management (ITIL).
Responsibilities
• Manage the network and service operation for the company as a whole with agreed KPI.
• Manage and mentor the teams in achieving the agreed SLA.
• Continuously improve the service support and delivery.
• Coordinate and collaborate with other GM for a successful operation.
• Report directly to President Director for all activities and KPIs
Requirements
• Graduated from a reputable university, preferably with engineering degree (electrical, telecommunication, or information technology) with GPA > 3.0. Post graduate degree will be an advantage consideration for the applicants.
• Have more than 5 years management (GM) experience in telecommunication companies preferably in Network and/or Service Operation.
• Have a strong technical knowledge in networking and cyber security preferably with proven certification from well known vendors/institutions.
• Have a very good understanding and experience in implementing IT Service Management (ITIL), and have undergone certified training and achieved certification.
• Have a strong leadership acumen to manage the operation teams which include Service Support, Service Delivery and Technical Operation.
• Service oriented, be proactive and result oriented to plan and implement measures to ensure the achievement of agreed SLA and availability.
• Good communication skills, strong analytical skills, and team players.
