About this position
Responsibilities
• Verifikasi kelengkapan invoice dan input invoice
• Verifikasi petty cash sesuai SOP dan input jurnal petty cash
• Check kelengkapan voucher pembayaran dan follow up ke team terkait
• Membantu team pajak dalam mengelola faktur pajak masukan
• Mengelola bukti potong dari customer serta follow up ke pihak terkait
• Menghitung data pemakaian asset
• Filling dokumen
Requirements
• S1/D3 Akunting/Perbankan/Keuangan/Ekonomi.
• Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Finance Staff (is a must)
• Inisiatif, aktif, detail oriented dan good personality.
• Bersedia bekerja di Alam Sutera.
