About this position

The Vehicle Planning and Logistic Manager is responsible for ensuring the quality standards of vehicle production, managing logistics and supplier relationships, and overseeing the planning and execution of transportation and inventory control processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide Neta quality std. for JWD scope of work, Summary NC for feedback to HQ, Provide lesson learned, new quality std, temporary std, Evaluate and train suppliers for quality std. and production knowledge.
• Follow up vehicle product quality with HQ and all concerns until the problem is solved, Evaluate and train suppliers for quality std. and production knowledge.
• Prepare and update PDI inspection manual, Evaluate and train supplier for quality std. and production knowledge.
• Dealer Receive Process: Follow up and support all cars.
• Supplier audit (Management system, Product, Process), Set up KPI control supplier working operation then follow up results by monthly.
• Qualify Outsource Inspector, Communicate the Q Point/Lesson Learn.
• Setting procedure of inventory control. Verify data for inventory control by Manual or new system.
• Control transportation management (Dealer receive process, Follow up, and support dealer until dealer receives the car).
• None Conforming Product: support all transportation activity that concerns Neta vehicles.
• Trailer Fleet List and Maintenance: Transportation planning for catch-up/support built to plan and sell forecast and To confirm trailer quality requirement and std.
• Vehicle Quality:
- Support follow-up repair of all NC cars on time.
- Feedback to Plant and Logistic also reduce the trend of NC.
- Involve finished vehicle quality issues.
- Co-investigate or judge defect.
- Dealer claim Report from Neta HQ and proceed with reimbursement.
- Follow up quality after repair.
• ISO and T5 Audit: prepare all documents supporting ISO and TS 16949 registration and re-certification (FMEA, Control plan, Process approach).
• VDC capacity planning and implementation for support production plan and sale forecast.
• Import car data Prepare and submit soft file and paper to DTL supplier and finance department.

Requirements

• Experience in manufacturing (CAR Maker), VDC management, Quality Control Process, Yard Management, supply plan, and Logistic Supplier management.
• Strong Relationship with supplier: Logistics and Yard.
• Full-time Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Engineer, logistic management, or other related majors.
• Good communication skills and ability, meticulous and rigorous work, enthusiasm, strong sense of responsibility, can work with the team to ensure the timely progress of the project.
• Excellent in English listening, reading and writing, Excel, PPT, and other office software.
• Strong management skills, report and analysis, able to work under pressure, and good negotiation skills.
