About this position

The Sales Strategy and Rebate Calculation position involves managing rebate calculations, preparing necessary documentation, and ensuring compliance with advertising requirements.

Responsibilities

• Familiarity with Automotive Brand Advertising Requirements: Determine the Disclaimer content based on policy guidelines and brand advertising specifications.
• Monthly Rebate and Promotion Policy Calculation: Calculate dealers' rebates and promotional incentives according to monthly policies, and reconcile these calculations with the finance department.
• Preparation and Execution of MOUs: Draft Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) required for policy announcements and rebate calculations, and complete subsequent signature approval processes.
• Understanding of Invoice Types and Collection: Be well-informed about the types of invoices involved in various rebate programs and ensure timely collection of invoices from dealers related to rebates and promotional policies.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Office Software: Skilled in using Excel and PPT for data management and presentation.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English or Chinese for effective communication.
