About this position

Regional Area Sales Manager/ Key Account Sales Manager responsible for achieving sales targets, analyzing market data, and improving customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• To communicate target agreement and incentive in order to achieve sale volume both of Wholesale and Retail target.
• To consult marketing plan for both online and offline and acknowledge of sale team
• To meet with Dealer principle, Dealer GM, and Sale Manager for analysis all sources of information that had improved the sale volume such as (Traffic, Prospect, Activities, Competitor movement, Sale team, and Customer on database)
• To meet with the sale team for improving SSI (Sale Satisfaction Index) and CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index)
• Analyze “Car Flow & Stock” which helping dealer principle will be managed future situation.
• Communicate the training team for up to date all kind of information to sale team
• To analyze the car registration situation and categories to seek an opportunity to penetrate the market
• Track key account metrics to drive improvement

Requirements

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze market data and trends
• Experience in managing key accounts and sales teams
• Knowledge of customer satisfaction metrics
• Strong organizational and time management skills
