About this position
The IT Support position requires a logical and creative problem solver with experience in IT support environment. The role involves monitoring and maintaining control sheets, communicating with suppliers, and providing support for hardware and software.
Responsibilities
• A logical and creative problem solver
• Experience in IT support environment
• Strong exposure to range networks & systems
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and Problem solving
• Monitor and maintain control sheet and report for department KPI
• Communication with supplier for department activities
• All other administrative tasks as assigned by management
• Support Hardware & Software
• Special knowledge of system, component and technical
Requirements
• At least bachelor’s degree in computer and IT field or other relevant field
• 3 years' experience of system administrator, system engineer
• Good communication skills in English
• Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Document handling, Analytical skill
• Fast learner and good coordination with other departments
• Can do attitude, positive and service-oriented
