About this position
The IT Team Leader - System is responsible for monitoring and managing all installed systems and infrastructure, ensuring efficient operation and maintenance of various IT systems and tools.
Responsibilities
• Monitoring and managing all installed systems and infrastructure.
• Establish, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools.
• The Setting, installing testing and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools.
• Evaluate the existing systems and provide the technical direction to IT support staff.
• Oversee the development of customized software and hardware requirement.
• Plan and implement systems automation as required for better efficiency.
• Formulate and design the security system in place to maintain data safety.
• Oversee the constant availability of technical resources.
• Maintain and supervise the inventory.
• Timely reporting on the log sheet for the rapid response to any glitches.
Requirements
• Strong skill in office 365 (Mail, SharePoint, etc).
• Able to operate or handle vCenter, vsphere esxi.
• Able to operate or handle Active Directory, Domain, GPO.
• Able to operate or maintenance backup software like Veeam Backup or Nakivo.
• Have experience to manage and operate azure VM's.
• Able to configure or maintenance server, storage, switchfarm/san switch.
• Understand basic networking trunk & vlan for access point and access switch.
• Able to operate or maintenance Linux OS.
• Handling user laptop issue.
• Good English conversation.
• Leadership but work as a team.
