Trade & Sales Coordinator - Nespresso (Contract 1 Year)
About this position
Responsibilities
Sales Support:
• Assist the sales team by providing data analysis and insights to drive sales performance.
• Overseeing and managing the day-to-day sales operations, including order processing, inventory management, and sales support activities.
• Coordinate and support the execution of trade promotions and campaigns.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports and dashboards.
Trade Operations:
• Manage the end-to-end process of trade e.g. promotional, event and merchandising, customer experience, retail operation.
• Track and Monitor trade & sales KPIs and ensure accurate reporting.
• Monitor trade spend and ensure accurate reporting against budgets.
Data Management:
• Maintain and update databases related to sales and trade activities.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Support the implementation of new tools and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
Collaboration:
• Work closely with cross function (e.g. marketing, finance, supply chain, and customer service teams) to ensure alignment on trade initiatives.
• Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective execution of sales strategies.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
• 2 to 4 years working experience within a fast paced retail business environment.
• Can demonstrate in sales support, sales operations, or trade marketing functions, preferably in the relevant industry.
• Experience working closely with various teams such as sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain to execute business strategies.
• Advanced MS Excel skill.
• Communicable English, speaking and writing.
