About this position

At Nespresso, our mission is to create the highest quality, most sustainable cup of coffee. Nespresso Thailand is a young and fast growing market and we are looking for experienced Trade and Sales Coordinator who would play a key role to support the sales and trade operations team in managing and optimizing sales processes, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring the smooth execution of trade promotions and initiatives.

Responsibilities

Sales Support:
• Assist the sales team by providing data analysis and insights to drive sales performance.
• Overseeing and managing the day-to-day sales operations, including order processing, inventory management, and sales support activities.
• Coordinate and support the execution of trade promotions and campaigns.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports and dashboards.

Trade Operations:
• Manage the end-to-end process of trade e.g. promotional, event and merchandising, customer experience, retail operation.
• Track and Monitor trade & sales KPIs and ensure accurate reporting.
• Monitor trade spend and ensure accurate reporting against budgets.

Data Management:
• Maintain and update databases related to sales and trade activities.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Support the implementation of new tools and systems to enhance operational efficiency.

Collaboration:
• Work closely with cross function (e.g. marketing, finance, supply chain, and customer service teams) to ensure alignment on trade initiatives.
• Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective execution of sales strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
• 2 to 4 years working experience within a fast paced retail business environment.
• Can demonstrate in sales support, sales operations, or trade marketing functions, preferably in the relevant industry.
• Experience working closely with various teams such as sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain to execute business strategies.
• Advanced MS Excel skill.
• Communicable English, speaking and writing.
