About this position
Responsibilities
• Focus on priority channels and ensure channel plans & growth strategies are developed that deliver channel growth based on customer and consumer requirements.
• Takes the lead by influencing the customer agenda towards Nestlé initiatives (e.g. ideation, category growth projects, pricing, promotion, placing initiatives, new product launches).
• Achieve the customer plan of the assigned categories.
• Establish winning partnerships (commercial propositions) that support the ongoing long-term customer retention and development.
• Provide investment leadership and management across channel and customer initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of direct experience in Key Account Executive position from Food Service industry.
• Good command in English communication with computer skills (MS-Office applications).
• Result-oriented with strong selling, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Passionate, persevere and self-motivated to achieve the challenging sales target.
• Able to work in upcountry.
