Project HR Executive- Rayong Factory (2 years Contract)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Handle full-cycle recruitment and custodian of Employee Onboarding process for all employees recruited.
• Collaborate with related stakeholders (HRBPs, Business Leaders, and C&B Team) to prepare competitive compensation and benefit packages for the selected candidates.
• Maintain up to date documented procedures for your areas of HR/Admin responsibility. Conduct regular internal audits of these procedures to ensure their ongoing validity & accuracy.
• Manage the overall general affair of the plant and ensure that activities are executed properly as planned.
• Administration of office supplies and common areas, such as budget control, shuttle bus control, car park, canteen, lighting system, security guard, waste disposal.
• Responsible for emergency situations or other urgent issues involving the facility.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in any related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations and end to end recruitment functions.
• Business level of English.
• Service minded, work well under pressure with minimum supervision.
• Good project management skills.
• About to work in dynamic environment.
