Responsibilities

• Deliver Unit Operations Management programs across Technical Functions to develop competencies for packaging (Engineering & Machinery) operations.
• Execute continuous improvement initiatives to support factory operations related to packaging.
• Support the Innovation Renovation process by maintaining connections with Engineering, Businesses, PTCs, R&D, and Corporate Units, while protecting, developing, and deploying technological know-how for new product technologies.
• Optimize packaging processes, product quality, and safety standards.
• Propose technical solutions to validate improvements in packaging operations.
• Adapt standards to accommodate older technologies.
• Serve as a role model within the Ensuring Supply Team and collaborate effectively with NiM.
• Train and develop factory experts while building an active network within the packaging area.
• Manage complex projects effectively.
• Support factory trials in collaboration with R&D, particularly in relation to prototyping.

Requirements

• Degree in Packaging Engineer or Mechanical Engineer or equivalent in technical and/or scientific discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the relevant technical field, preferably within the food manufacturing or consumer goods industry.
• A minimum of 10 years of field experience (R&D or Operations), driving or supporting your area of expertise.
• Proven track record of delivering results through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
