Responsibilities

• Provide fit for purpose on technical support of Indochina market, Vietnam market and NQAC Navanakorn, ensuring the Nestle Good Laboratory Practice (NGLP), Laboratory safety and technical requirements of the Quality System are constantly improved and updated.
• Provide scientific laboratory training and support to Nestle and co-manufacturer laboratories in Indochina market and Vietnam market that under SPOC.
• Provide fit for purpose on chemistry analytical services to the markets in their region through ensuring the proficiency and effectiveness of chemistry lab operation.
• Act as technical Management team and deputy quality manager (as ISO/IEC 17025) of NQAC ensuring the technical requirements of the area response are constantly improved and updated.
• Manage the training portfolio for NQAC staff for consistent competency and skills development.
• Support supervisor to manage NQAC lab support team on customer services and SHE Champion.
• Plan and control the CAPEX & Maintenance (Laboratory materials, M&R etc.) cost for lab operation following prescribed guidelines. Responsible for the cost-efficient functioning of the section through cost control and efficiency improvement initiatives (Man, Machine, Material, Method).
• Maintain & update the documented and procedure, ensure that all documents are up to date and in line with the actual practice.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry or related field.
• Demonstrated competence in their specific field to support business requirements:
• 5 yrs experience in application of analytical techniques.
• Previously deputy team leader or deputy technical or quality manager.
• Lead auditor and technical auditor for ISO/IEC 17025.
• Experience in successfully implementing analytical methods.
• Training and Coaching of analysts in Techniques.
• Successful RCA (GSTD).
• Participating in audit teams and/or improvement projects with more senior staff members.
• Establishing networks of experts (NRC) through projects.
