About this position

The Learning and Development Coordinator is responsible for general administration within the HR department, specifically focusing on the Learning and Development function. This role involves coordinating training sessions, managing team operations, and organizing events.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for General Administration Coordinating in HR Department (Learning and Development Function)
• Coordinate and facilitate in mandatory training and corporate orientation
• Manage the team operations: Training session, meeting room reservation, schedules, room plans, and payment process
• Coordinate and organize every aspect of external and internal event planning (logistics, finance, agenda, communication, etc.)
• Help prepare and follow-up track of Invoices/expenses of the department/unit's budget including issuing PR/PO
• Track each applicable stage of the project throughout its lifecycle and makes sure that critical information is shared among the various stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
• Prior experience in a similar role
• Good command of English and local, market language(s)
• Good Problem solving (routine nature) & Analytical skills
• Ability to prioritize and respect deadlines (Time Management)
