Responsibilities

• Manage IMS new product development projects for Finished and Semi-Finished Goods, ensuring adherence to IMS Best Practices for timely market supply and quality assurance.
• Act as the primary contact for project leadership, coordinating IMS new product development for TH Factories/Co-Packers and imports from Nestlé Affiliates, while providing guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee project management for product launches, recipe and packaging changes, and sourcing modifications by evaluating risks and proposing solutions for revised launch dates.
• Ensure smooth transitions for renovated products and adjust timelines in collaboration with project owners.
• Collaborate with Zone SC to optimize production capacity based on analysis of resources and regulations for new inquiries/customers (NPD export only).
• Negotiate agreements between producing and receiving markets on manufacturing, legislation, quality, supply chain, and marketing matters from Product Brief completion to management approval before production.
• Ensure successful trial shipments with comprehensive reporting for new import/export products.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in International Business Management or related field; 3 years experience in Supply Chain and Customer Service.
• Understanding new product development and supply chain process.
• Law and Regulations including Announcement related to imported products i.e Customs, FDA, DFT, Excise Tax, TISI, etc.
• Advance Ruling Completion for all new imported products.
• Fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry experience would be a plus.
• Good English and Thai communication skills.
• Result and people oriented.
