Responsibilities
• Accountable for curating learning solutions for all employees through mass offerings in Indochina Learning Catalog and customized offerings based on business/function's needs, as well as driving HR Capability Building program.
• Design and deliver quality learning contents and drive lifelong learning mindset with the right ecosystem to build organizational capabilities and achieve Learning & Development, HR, and business goals.
• Consolidate learning needs from all relevant channels (e.g., development goals, business requirements, external trends, etc.), consider skills for today and for the future.
• Identify learning offerings and providers (internal, COC, external), collaborate with Procurement on bidding process.
• Develop and execute strategic communication plan to promote the courses in different channels.
• Collaborate with Corporate Learning and Development Team to align the Corporate Learning Direction and Execution.
• Partner with businesses and functions to address specific learning needs.
• Identify needs and appropriate training providers, co-design the training solutions to ensure learning effectiveness.
• Create and execute learning strategy and program for IT team.
• Identify learning needs from all relevant channels (e.g., development goals, business requirements, external trends, etc.), consider functional/general skills, for today and for the future.
• Identify learning offerings and providers (internal, external), collaborate with Procurement on bidding process.
• Launch IT Capability Building plan.
Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in information systems or related discipline, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in the field of Learning & Development, especially in the following areas:
• Having direct experience in IT would be an IDEAL.
• Curate learning offerings for all employees in the organization.
• Design new learning solutions.
• Application of adult learning principles or other learning principles.
• Facilitation and delivery of learning sessions addressed to a multiple target of learners (virtual and face-to-face).
• Train the trainers.
• Background in Coaching.
• Solid experience in effectively managing various styles of internal and external stakeholders including senior leaders.
• Working under pressure of various and sometime conflicting demands.
