Responsibilities

• Assist the Laos NN Sales organization in contributing to the profitable growth of the business. Ensure the execution of agreed commercial activities within Laos, focusing on achieving a high Return on Investment (ROI).
• Coordinate administrative requirements for the business, specifically in monitoring and recording commercial expenditures in the system. Support the commercial aspects of product Innovation and Renovation (I&R).
• Track stock supply by collaborating closely with the local team in Laos and the Supply Chain team at Nestlé Thailand.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher – preferably marketing and related field.
• Experience in FMCG with understanding of Marketing & Sales Demonstrated ability to lead sales team.
• Experience in distributor management.
• Experience in Infant Nutrition business is a plus.
• Experience in involvement of product supply chain, cover days calculation.
• Have a track record of good collaboration, co-ordination with stake holder.
• Good communication skills.
