About this position

As a Sport Marketing Manager for Milo, you are responsible for the strategic planning and flawless execution of marketing campaigns that promote Milo’s commitment to sports and active lifestyles. You will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies, ensuring that all initiatives align with Milo’s brand values and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Accountable and Responsible for planning and successful implementation of Sports Marketing activities including:
• Identifying opportunities & proposing strategic directions for Sports Marketing in line with the MILO brand essence.
• Planning Sports Marketing events including Sponsorship events for the whole year which deliver high brand exposure to the relevant target audience.
• Ensuring events/activities are in line with Corporate and Government guidelines.
• Accountable and Responsible for managing relevant partners (Events agencies, vendors, internal stakeholders) to deliver the Sports Marketing objectives based on briefs: Events agencies,
• Accountable and Responsible for effective management of Sports Marketing budget including:
• Propose budget requirements to deliver agreed objectives on a yearly basis.
• Ensure proper monitoring and control of budget to deliver set KPIs.
• Pre and Post evaluation of events.
• Accountable and Responsible for enhancing Nestle relationship with identified strategic partners (Sports Associations, Government bodies, NGOs, relevant Ministries etc.) to continuously form/maintain strategic alliance to build brand equity.
• Responsible for all Grassroots activation across the country, including sampling at schools, at stores and at events.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of and enthusiasm for sports and active lifestyles, including ability to connect with the target audience and promote Milo’s commitment to sports.
• Experience in events management or brand/sales experience for 5 years and above.
• Self-starter with high integrity is a must.
• Resilience to handle challenges and setbacks, and to continuously strive for improvement.
• Willingness to explore new ideas and approaches to keep Milo’s marketing efforts fresh and impactful.
• Proven leadership skills to inspire and manage a cross-functional team.
• Actively communicate in English both verbally and written.
