About this position

Joining Nestlé means you are joining the largest food and Beverage Company in the world. As a Physical Logistic Development, you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, reviewing, and implementing Physical Logistics development opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Physical Logistics Department.

Responsibilities

• Drive internal and external benchmarking on Physical Logistic Best Practices and performance.
• Provide visibility and regular updates on emerging trends in Business Supply Chains and supporting technology.
• Set up and ensure implementation of Physical Logistics development opportunities and projects as a result of translating challenges in Physical Logistics Best Practices, analysis of Physical Logistics performance or trends in Physical Logistics.
• Ensure projects drive efficiency in the identified areas and integrate with other functions.
• Physical Logistics function's viewpoint be effectively represented in internal cross-functional working groups or projects, as well as in working groups of Industry bodies.
• Instil End to End Physical Logistic approach within the organisation by effectively communicating to all stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from Industrial Engineering or any Engineering.
• Has two or more years of relevant operational experience.
• Has extensive leadership experience in current role.
• Good understanding in Project Management with proven track.
• Having LEAN or Continuous Improvement mindset.
• Good Analytical, negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
• Familiar with Power Bi and SAP BW (business warehouse).
