About this position
Joining Nestlé means you are joining the largest food and Beverage Company in the world. As a National Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and ensuring implementation of the annual customer plans that are aligned with overall business and customer strategies, while achieving profitable sales growth objectives.
Responsibilities
• Define and develop strategies and plans for the customer in line with business requirements and customers vision
• Lead and Execute development of customer relationship including joint business planning, top and middle customer engagement
• Accountable and responsible to ensure achievement of agreed Key Accounts targets/KPIs
• Ensure complete support and collaboration with Commercial Development Team (CDT), Area Sales Manager (ASM) and Regional Sales Key Account to ensure alignment of Category, Channel and Regional sales plans, including alignment on Investment.
• Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies including Nestle/local Trade policy, local Sales policies, local Trade Terms, Safety and local and legal regulations
• Collaborate with peer Customer Managers to share Customer best practices, liaise with Marketing, CDT, Regional Sales and Supply Chain to drive Customer related initiatives
• Ensure development of careers, succession plans, development and coaching of direct reports based on individual Personal Development Goals.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree from any major
• More than 3 years in marketing or sales, and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs, especially top and bottom-line business results.
• Leads Customer Key Account Team.
• Understands all sales functions i.e. CDT, Customer, Field
• Has demonstrated success in a number of diverse sales roles.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop people.
